Books With Bows, Inc. offers delivery within the United States including P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses.
Books With Bows uses USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship each book package. Books With Bows will make every reasonable effort to deliver the first book gift on or before the desired delivery date for all orders placed 2 business weeks prior to the selected day. (*Holiday orders will be shipped via Priority Mail 2-3 days delivery, for orders placed prior to 12/21/03.)
Shipping and Delivery confirmation is available online and will be emailed to both the gift recipient (after the first book gift) and the gift giver.
There is a shipping and handling charge of $5.00/month.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Book Gift purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your gift package, please call for an immediate cancellation and a credit for the unused portion of the gift. Gift orders can be cancelled (by gift giver) at any time prior to first book order being placed, (approximately 1-6 days for immediate orders and 11-17 days prior to first desired delivery date for future orders). A full refund for non-used portion of gift subscription will be issued to the gift giver's credit card. No cash refunds.
Recipients first Book Gift can be returned to Books With Bows, Inc. (by gift recipient) within 14 business days of receipt, for an "even exchange" of similar book gift type (Children's/Adult/Specialty). Return authorization must first be obtained by calling toll-free 877-SendBooks (1-877-736-3266). Return packages must be sent via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip. Return shipping charges are recipient's responsibility.
