Congratulations! Receiving, choosing and changing books in your gift package is easy and flexible. We hope you enjoy!
Every Books With Bows recipient receives a unique ten digit Gift Number. This number will be used to login to the Books With Bows web site or given to a Customer Service Representative at our toll free number 1-877-736-3266 to identify your gift package. This number can be found on your "Welcome to Books With Bows" packing slip found in your first gift package. It is also included on all Express (email) and Advance (1st class mail) Notifications. If accessing your gift account at www.bookswithbows.com, enter your gift number in the "Did you Get a Gift?" window. If you need assistance please contact Customer Service.
On the "Welcome to Books With Bows" packing slip you will see your selected gift package type and length and any monthly book selections that have been made. If books have been selected for your future months and you are happy with those selections you don't need to do anything. Just sit back and look forward to your next book delivery. If your future book month selections are open or you'd like to change one or all you can do this by accessing your account online or by calling Customer Service.
*Please note: The "Please select by" dates are calculated by the first desired delivery date. If your gift was sent with the first book "open" this date will in most cases have past. This will not impact your ability to choose a book for that month or future months, it will simply delay the delivery of the book until your selection has been made. Once you make your selection the book package should arrive in 7-10 days.
Enter your gift number in the "Did you Get a Gift?" window. This will access your gift account and take you to a page displaying your gift package and book selections. From here you will be able to browse and search the site to add to or change a selection in your gift package. The search function allows you to enter a book number from the catalog to quickly find a catalog selection. Be Sure to click the "SAVE YOUR ORDER" button before exiting the site.
Don't have access to the Internet? Simply call Customer Service 1-877-736-3266 to make or change book selections. You will be asked for your gift number to identify your gift package.
Note: Your book selections will be limited to the package type you have received, Children's, Adult or Specialty.
If your Gift Giver has left the selection of books to you, Books With Bows wants to make every effort to fulfill your gift package. If for some reason you have not visited us online or called customer service to fill your "open" months we will try contacting you in one of three ways, email, phone or mail to remind you to choose your open month selections. *Please Note: If a book is not chosen by the "please select by" date, it will simply delay the fulfilment of that month's book until a title is chosen.
To change the address where your gift is being shipped to you must call Customer Service Toll-free at 1-877-736-3266. They will be able to access your Gift Number and change the shipping address on the gift account.
