1) What if I don't choose my books by the "Please select by" date?
The "Please choose by dates" are calculated by the desired delivery dates,  inorder to have your book gift to you on time.  If your book titles were sent to you "open" this throws off the dates, since no book needed to be ordered for the first delivery.  Simply make your selections at any time.  Not ordering a book by the date listed will simply delay the delivery of your selections.

2) Who Chooses the books?
The Gift Giver, the Gift Recipient or both. Books with Bows has made the book selection process as flexible as possible. You may know what your gift recipient loves to read and be able to choose books they'll enjoy. Or, maybe you'd like to choose the first book and let them pick the remaining months. Even if you choose all the books, the Gift Recipient has the ability to access their Gift Cart and change selections prior to the order date.

3) Why do I need to register?
Registering has its privileges. Safe shopping and privacy are two of the best reasons. It also makes shopping faster, lets you check your order history, allows you to store addresses and important reminders and to save gift package carts.

4) Can I give a Books With Bows Book gift if my Recipient doesn't have internet access or an email address?
Yes. Books With Bows was designed specifically with this situation in mind. Ordering and selecting and changing books can be done easily through our 24-hour, 7 days a week Customer Service center. Simply call toll free 1-877-Send Books (1-877-736-3266).

5) What if I can't find a book I'm looking for?
There may be several reasons a book you are searching for is not available through Books With Bows. First, we only carry hardcover editions. Some books are not available in this format. Secondly, we have edited our book selections by focusing on best-selling titles, popular authors, award winners and all-time favorites. While we strive to have the titles your gift recipient will love to receive and read, we may have missed some. Please email us if there is a particular title you are looking for and we'll make every effort to include it if possible.

6) How does my gift package arrive if I don't pick any books?
If you leave all the book selections to your gift recipient, the first package is sent without a book in our signature box, with your gift card and message on or before your desired delivery date. Included in the package will be the Welcome to Books With Bows packing slip with Gift Description and Gift Number and a book selection catalog. All the information needed to start selecting books!

7) How are the package prices determined?
The package prices reflect the "average" MSRP price of a hardcover book in the three categories (Children's, Adult & Specialty), times the number of months chosen.  For example:  The average MSRP price of a hardcover fiction books is $25.00.  Therefore the 3 month Adult package price is $74.95.  Added to this price is the $5.00/month shipping and handling charge.  When you consider the convenience and time you save by purchasing a Books With Bows gift, the value of our packages are superior.
