Customer Service allows you to call toll-free and speak with an experienced customer service representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means that there are no delays in getting the help you need. A customer service representative can take you order for a gift package, answer questions you may have, or assist the gift recipient in choosing and or changing book titles in their gift package.
Every time you send someone a gift, this handy service saves the recipient's name and vital information for you. Next time you purchase, you'll see all your past recipients in a convenient pulldown address book on the Recipient information page. Registered users my also add names to their address book without making a purchase thought the My Account button.
Our complimentary reminder service helps you remember your family and friends on special days. Enter important dates you want to remember in your Address Book and they will be saved to the Reminder Calendar. You can access Holiday and Reminder Calendar through the My Account button in the upper bar of every page.
During the registration process you will be given the option of choosing not to receive our promotional email and catalog mailings.
It happens to everyone, you had the best intentions of planning early and now the special occasion is here! Our Express Gift notification allows you to immediately email your gift recipient that your book gift is on its way. No email? We'll be glad to send an Advanced Gift Notice through first class mail for delivery within a few days of placing the order. **Important: If you want your gift to be a surprise, DO NOT choose these options.
